Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping within Australia

Orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post and include tracking.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Isle of Gods is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Isle of Gods cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
