Returns
At Isle of Gods, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Earrings & Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of jewellery for all of our customers.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original piece once your return is approved and place a new order.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
